The WinTrak MCP is a re-write application based on legacy WinTrak system. With its modern technology stack and integration with Azure services, WinTrak MCP enables data-driven decision-making, supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.


The WinTrak MCP system manages most of the contract lifecycle. Users throughout the PANYNJ monitor the project’s progress as work proceeds until contract closeout. This includes those involved with the PANYNJ’s budget and financial operations, those affected by the projects managed by MCP, and those that are PANYNJ management personnel. Unexpected circumstances and events that affect the project schedule are entered into the system as soon as possible to keep contract status information accurate.
